Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

3 eggs,
2 medium size onions,
3 green chillies,
1 tbsp Chilli powder,
1/4 tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp ginger/ garlic paste,
Salt to taste,
4 tbsp oil,
1/4 tsp dhania powder,
1 tbsp coriander leaves,

Instructions


In a pan, add oil (cook on medium flame).
Add chopped onions, fry until they turn light golden in colour.
Add ginger/garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add slitted green chillies, turmeric and salt, saute for 1 minute.
Add chilli powder and dhania powder.
Now break eggs into the pan, do not mix. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
Scramble the eggs and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
And serve with hot parathas…
